Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Torongo Gadgets website and any order you place through it. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Nothing in these terms removes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under 18, you should use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and OTPs, and promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or interference with the site.

We aim to present product names, specifications, photographs, stock status, prices, discounts, and warranty information accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, and manufacturers may revise packaging or minor specifications. If a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, replacement, cancellation, or refund as applicable.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Delivery charges and any coupon discount are shown during checkout before you submit an order. A coupon may have an expiry date, usage limit, minimum order value, product restriction, or other stated condition.

You must use a payment method lawfully available to you. Cash on Delivery and any other enabled method are subject to confirmation and availability. We will not charge an amount that was not disclosed at checkout, except where you expressly approve a later change.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An on-screen confirmation or automated email confirms receipt, but we may still verify stock, pricing, delivery details, and suspected fraud before accepting the order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock error, obvious pricing error, unverifiable details, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, or another lawful reason.

If we cancel after receiving payment, we will arrange a refund through an appropriate method. We may contact you by phone or email to confirm an order.

We deliver to supported locations in Bangladesh. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by couriers, weather, public holidays, strikes, emergencies, address problems, or events beyond reasonable control.

Please provide a complete address and reachable Bangladeshi phone number. Risk of accidental loss passes when the product is delivered to you or a person authorized by you. Inspect the parcel promptly and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if it is missing, damaged, incorrect, or appears tampered with.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We will try to stop processing, but cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.

For a defective, damaged, counterfeit, materially misdescribed, or incorrect product, contact us with the order reference and reasonable evidence. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution. A change-of-mind return may be accepted only where we expressly agree and the item is unused, complete, and in resalable condition. This does not restrict remedies available under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or other applicable law.

A product warranty applies only where stated on the product page, invoice, warranty card, or manufacturer documentation. Warranty service may be supplied by the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or Torongo Gadgets, as stated. Warranty generally does not cover misuse, accidental or liquid damage, unauthorized repair, removed serial numbers, or ordinary wear unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may submit honest product reviews based on genuine experience. Do not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, private, or malicious content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and format content you submit for operating and promoting the store, while you retain ownership of it.

Do not probe security, introduce malware, scrape at harmful scale, impersonate another person, manipulate prices or coupons, place fraudulent orders, or use the service in violation of law.

The site design, original text, graphics, software, and Torongo Gadgets branding belong to us or our licensors. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

We work to keep the site secure and available, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

We may improve the service and update these terms when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated reasonably where appropriate; the terms in force when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly. Nothing here prevents you from seeking a remedy from the National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate or another competent authority. Subject to applicable law, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Bangladesh.
